All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by originarybns. Any unauthorized use of the services or its contents will terminate the permission or license granted by originarybns.
Our services may allow users to submit, post, or display content, including but not limited to reviews, comments, and other materials (collectively, "User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant originarybns a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media.
You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User Content you submit and that the User Content is accurate, not confidential, and does not violate any contractual restrictions or other third-party rights. originarybns takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User Content submitted by you or any other user.
We reserve the right to remove or edit User Content for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, at our sole discretion.
Some services offered on originarybns may require payment. By using such services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your use of the services. All payments must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and ensuring that you have sufficient funds to cover any transactions.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, but any changes will not affect fees already incurred. You will be notified of any changes to fees prior to their implementation.
In the event of a dispute regarding any payment, you must notify us within 30 days of the transaction date. Failure to do so will result in the waiver of any claims regarding the disputed payment.
originarybns reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that originarybns will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the services.
We may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the services without notice or liability. Any new features or tools that are added to the current services shall also be subject to these Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the services after any modifications to the Terms will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.

In no event shall originarybns’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
